A Review of True.comWrite your own review of True.com! Reviewed By: Chris Location: San Diego Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: May 31, 2006 I created a profile but never entered my credit card info. I ended up getting spammed every day from them telling me to sign up, emails from alleged members, etc. It was nearing 10-20 emails a day. I wrote them and asked them to cut it out. The emails stopped for about 6 hours then they continued again even more then before. I finally started sending spam feedback to them and asked them how they liked being on the other end. I must have sent 100-200. Back then their feedback thing wasn't coded very well so you could hit back and then send and it would send another one without having to retype. ha. And I also blocked all email from true.com on my filter. True.com can go F themselves. They use models in their ad, which doesn't help real people. If you want other sites to try, try craigslist - yes theres a lot of pigs and weirdos on there to filter through, but its FREE. I met a nice gal on there after a few months and we are dating. Another decent site to try is chemistry.com. I was a beta tester for them before they went commercial so now I enjoy a free account. Especially go there if you are a cute gal between 21-30 in the San Diego area. ;) I don't know how much they cost but they seem on the up and up and will respond to emails about service issues. |
