I'd like to start a class action law suit against true.com. Any ideas on how to go about it, and do we have a chance?

I, like others, have been charged a huge amount of money, for poor results and non usage. I also think that an internet, email based service has an obligation to drop you an email everytime they charge you $50. I could go on, but...
