I have joined many dating sites and TRUE.com is by far the biggest rip-off. They offer a 7 day free trial - what they don't tell you is: that 7 day membership starts the day you put in your profile. They automatically charge your credit card for going over the 7 day trial. Also you have to call a phone number to cancel your account. I spent about 2 hours total on hold over the course of 5 days just to talk to a real person. They keep a record of who calls and to me seem like they put a black mark next to your number telling them not to answer your call. Today Dec 31, 2005 I have reported them to Visa for fraud. I'm also going to report them to Better Business Bureaus. I rated them a 1 star, wish I could have rated them a -5 star.
