I love Friendster, but not for the purported dating purposes. Sure, I've heard of the one in a billion case where someone has dated through Friendster, but that would have to be someone from a high school biology class or a friend of a friend of a friend. That is how Friendster works, people are connected through galleries of friends. I love it because it is the anti-singles site, and nobody feels pressured to place the typical studied and airbrushed shots of themselves. Friendster is goofy, it is eccentric, and I have reconnected with a few cherished old friends. No, not bloody likely you'll find a mate there, but at least you WILL have fun with it.
